The Parkland High School Prom for the class of 2019 was held May 11 at SteelStacks in Bethlehem.

It was a packed dance floor with a special performance from the Mr. Parkland contestants.

At 9:15 PM the prom court was announced, along with this year's King and Queen: Matthew DeStefon and Vanessa Krempasky.

Parkland School District's Annual Food Drive Update

Thanks to all students and staff that have helped gather nearly 11,000 non-perishable items to support the district wide initiative for the Second Harvest Food Bank.  The Physical Education department and Mrs. Ellen Snyder's classes have the honor of top "CAN" collections.

Parkland School District's Annual Food Drive

Second Harvest Food Bank logo

Student Council will be coordinating the annual food drive for the Second Harvest Food Bank from February 4 - 14.

Students are encouraged to donate by bringing non-perishable food items to school. All donations should be dropped off in participating teachers' classrooms.

Tickets will also be available at the door.

Proceeds benefit the Senior Class.

World Language Week

The 7th Annual World Language Week will kick off on Friday, February 22 as the World Language students decorate doors for this annual "Around the World Door Decorating" tradition. Global education and language learning will be the focus of the weeklong activities to celebrate heritages and cultural awareness. These are a few of the events:
