Senior Prom information

SENIOR Prom

May 3, 2025 - Prom -SteelStacks 101 Founders Way, Bethlehem, PA -7-11pm

  • EVERYONE should arrive at Prom and Post Prom with proper ID 
  • All guests must arrive with a Parkland senior. Guests not accompanied by a Parkland senior will be denied entry.
  • NO BAGS Over the Dimensions of 7.5 inches x 2 inches ARE PERMITTED INTO THE EVENT. (An example of an acceptable bag is Wristlet or Lululemon Crossbody Bag.) The administration reserves the right to search all bags.
  • All school rules and expectations apply at PROM.  
  • All prom attendees must arrive by 8pm. 
     
  • Timeline:  
    • 5:30-6:30pm: PSD Shuttle Service from PHS to SteelStacks
    • 6:15pm: Check in process begins at SteelStacks
    • 6:15-7:00pm: Guests can access the 2nd Floor of Steel Stacks
    • 7:00–11:00pm: Prom on the 3rd and 4th floors (Hors d’oeuvres, DJ, Dancing)
    • 9:00 – Prom Court /King and Queen will be announced
    • 10:00-11:30pm: Parkland Shuttle service begins back to PHS
       
  •  No re-admittance to prom. If you leave you may not return.

Post Prom Party

May 3rd to May 4th Post Prom-PHS Auditorium Lobby 11:30-5am

  • Don’t have a ticket yet? Seniors and their guest (under 21) can purchase tickets at the door on Saturday evening for $20 (Auditorium concession stand).
  • Then, when students have a ticket in hand, students must scan a QR code in auditorium lobby with their phones and fill out a form with ID number, first name, and last name while waiting in line to enter.
  • All post prom attendees must arrive by 12:30am and sign in at check in tables in auditorium lobby.  
  • Students who did not check in are sent to the far line to check in on the iPads (use camera app to scan QR code)

  • PHS administration reserves the right to search all students upon arrival.
  • All school rules and expectations apply at POST PROM.  
  • Enjoy a night of great fun with includes (but is not limited to): Caricature artists, Face Painting/Henna, Massage Therapists, Parkland Perk, DJ/Karaoke, Money Machine ($850 up for grabs), Inflatables, Video Games/Virtual Reality Games, Photo Booth, Mini Golf, Sports Glow Party, Laser Tag, Magician, and more!
  • Over $14,000 worth of prizes will be given out every half hour and Grand Prizes will be given out at 4:45am, seniors must be present to WIN! Prizes are for seniors only and seniors must place their ticket in the gold raffle drum to win. Winners will be announced on Remind App @pp-phs25 and on the televisions around the school.
  • When students leave Post Prom from the auditorium lobby, they must check out via QR code and are not allowed to re-enter. A notification will be sent to each respective home every half hour to inform your parents/guardians as to when you left post prom.
